Starting the Season of Remembering
I want to thank everyone for coming out to Three Wives of Xangó. It was a great event, made strong by all the fantastic collaborators who brought their individual light, skills, and love of the Orixá. Thank you Awo Fasegun, Linda Yudin, Vera Passos, Freila Merencio Blanco, Juan Carlos Blanco, Sandy Perez, Alberto Lopez, Dana Maman, and Vanessa Ayaba Irawo! Big shout out to my homies at Rhythm Arts Alliance and to Rachel Hernadez/Ijo Emi Dance for their hard work and dedication.
